Privacy notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This notice explains what information Pilatus Inc ("we", "us") receives when you visit this website or email us, and how we use it.
Information we receive
When you visit the website
This website has no forms and no user accounts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data that every website visit sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or similar storage to track visitors. It gives us summary statistics such as page views and referring sites.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as a résumé or details about a role.
How we use information
- To reply to your email and discuss a role or an engagement
- To consider candidates for current and future roles
- To run, secure and improve this website
- To meet legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. With a candidate's agreement, we share their résumé and details with a client for a specific role. We also use service providers, such as our hosting and email providers, that process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep emails and résumés for as long as we need them to consider you for roles or to run our business, and as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at info@pilatusinc.com and we will respond.
Do Not Track
This website does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track browser signals, because it does not track visitors across other websites.
Children
This website is for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
